Hair is like skin. Whenevery your skin is pale and dry your hair will also be in a bad condition.

Most important for your haircare is external and internal moisturizing.

Internal moisturizing means: What do you eat.

External moisturizing means: How can you add moisture from outside like what hair oil or what kind of hair conditioner can you use.

Nutrition for Hair

Nutrition is very important for your hair. Make sure to get enough oils e.g. Coconut, Avocado or Olive oil.

Some People also recommend raw eggs but I haven't used that so far.

Melt butter and add garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add shrimp until the shrimp turn brown/pink. Reduce heat to low and stir in cream. Add fresh salad and serve.

1 Scampi Salad

2  Asparagus with Crust of Parmesan

Place Asparagus on baking sheet and add olive oil. Add Parmesan cheese over asparagus and season with black pepper. Bake 13 minutes in the preheated oven. Wait until cheese is melted. Serve with vinegar on warm plates.

Very Simple: Go to the next Sushi Restaurant and buy fresh Sushi. Serve with vinegar and Soy Sauce. Yummy :-)
